Frank Farrell

A longtime executive recruiter, Mr. Farrell started at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was the number one producer for the firm. He left to start his own recruiting firm, Farrell & Phin, which he ran with great success for nearly 20 years. Following this venture, he became President of Nordeman Grimm. Later, Mr. Farrell started his current firm, Bentley & Farrell with partner Dave Bentley. A true entrepreneurial bent also led him to invest in several successful technology startups.

He holds a B.A. degree from New York University.
