William R. Elfers

Mr. Elfers is currently Managing Parter of Tower Capital Partners in Boston. Previously he was an executive at Fidelity Investments and was a General Partner at Fidelity Ventures Ltd. In 1988 he became a Managing Director of Fidelity Capital which oversaw both Fidelity's venture portfolio as well as independent operating companies. One of those operating companies was Community Newspaper Company which Mr. Elfers founded in 1990, serving as its Chairman and CEO until its sale in 2001.
